Paternity Leave

rtCampers are entitled to avail 5 days of paid Paternity Leave. This benefit is extended to all male rtCampers working full-time (monthly engagements only) with rtCamp who have completed at least 1.5 years of continuous service with the organization.

  • This benefit can be availed within 3 months of the child’s birth/adoption.
  • This is a time off for when your partner is having a baby/adopting a child. If you require additional time off, you can make use of your leave balance.
  • One month’s prior notice needs to be given by the rtCamper to the manager and HR Team about the tentative dates of leave to avail leaves.
    • In case of folks on hourly engagements, time off will be certainly always be extended for paternity. However, it would be unpaid but approved provided intimated in advance as mentioned above.
  • The rtCamper should raise a Human Resources (HR) ticket on ERP helpdesk to request for the leaves. The ticket should state the leave type as “Paternity Leave” and dates of leave to be marked by the HR team.
