Personal Feedback is constructive feedback that is private to the Manager and the recipient and is to be used to relay feedback in a timely manner.
Giving Feedback
Step 1: Go to My Profile on Dashboard and click on Feedback Received/Given
Step 2: Click on Give Feedback (on top right badge)
Step 3: Create a new continuous feedback and select the name of the recipient
Step 4: Enter feedback
Step 5: Set context for the feedback by adding ratings and click on save (top right corner of page)
- Excellent (5 stars: Formerly “Good Work 😎”)
- Above Expectations (4 stars: “Motivated to accomplish goals “)
- Meets Expectations (3 stars: Formerly “Improving Consistently 🌱”)
- Below Expectations (2 stars: Formerly “Can do better 🚀”)
- Poor (1 star: Formerly “Need to work harder 💪”)
Requesting Feedback
Path: My Dashboard > Feedback Received/Given > Request feedback
- Click on request feedback
- Your Reporting Manager will get a notification to share their feedback for you.
