To promote transparency and collaboration across teams, company meeting play a role in aligning all rtCampers with the organization’s goals and fostering open communication.
Our teams have a recurring communication system which helps the exchange of project updates and ensures team-wide visibility.
Team Meetings
Pod Meetings
Based on the nature of the projects, Project Managers with their respective teams are clustered into Pods.
The purpose of these pod meetings is to share team updates and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Engineering Meets
A monthly meet where the Engineering Team reviews the past month’s work. The agenda is set by Engineering Managers, these sessions serve as an open forum for idea-exchange and working collaboratively.
Monthly Townhall
The Company Townhall meeting is held on the first Friday of every month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. IST.
Here, all the departments share their updates with the presentations, introductions of new joiners, and a Q&A session for rtCampers. This company-wide meeting is hosted over zoom.
Annual Retreat
Most meetings at rtCamp are virtual, but once a year, we hold an in-person company-wide team retreat. This retreat allows everyone to connect with fellow rtCampers they’ve collaborated with throughout the year.
Typically, scheduled close to the rtCamp anniversary, discussions about the retreat happen in the #rtparty Slack channel. Attendance is optional. The retreat is exclusive to rtCampers, and if you require any further assistance, please reach out to the HR Team.
rtCamp will cover standard arrangements for accommodation, meals, and travel during the retreat, and visa costs will be covered when necessary.
