An employee grievance is any concern or issue raised by an rtCamper related to their work, the workplace environment, or interactions with colleagues or managers. These concerns can range from ethical concerns and interpersonal conflicts to discriminative treatment.
Our grievance process ensures that everyone at rtCamp feels heard and valued. It provides a fair and transparent way to address issues promptly, helping us maintain a collaborative and trust-driven culture.
This following manual will help you use the module with ease—from submitting a grievance to tracking its progress. Follow the steps to navigate the system smoothly and get your concerns addressed efficiently.
Navigate to your ERP using this link: https://erp.rtcamp.com/app/my-dashboard. Search for “Employee Grievance” and click on the option that appears below. Alternatively, you can also visit https://erp.rtcamp.com/app/employee-grievance.
Once you reach on the below page, click in the top-right corner to start adding the details.
The fields such as Raised by and Designation will be auto-filled. Please complete the remaining details as shown in the screenshot.
Select the appropriate option from the Grievance Details dropdown based on the issue.
The details will be visible to you once they are added by the HR Team.
All grievances will be treated with confidentiality. The HR department ensures the privacy of the employee and any involved parties.
