Using HR Helpdesk

  • Seek help for queries related to HR such as leaves, payroll, letters, etc., by raising a ticket through the Helpdesk System in ERP
  • All queries will be attended to and resolved within 2 business days.

Raising A Ticket

Step 1: Go to the Helpdesk module

My Dashboard > Helpdesk > New tickets

Step 2: Update the Subject for your query

In short, describe the query for which you are seeking assistance. Here are some examples, the idea is to give a gist of the type of concern so the most appropriate HR representative can be assigned.

  1. Help with marking backdated leaves
  2. Request for reimbursement
  3. Help with PF KYC update

Step 3: Describe your query

  • Share your concern as much in detail as possible for the HR Team to assist you.
  • Note, If a document is to be issued in a particular template please attach the template to the ticket.

Step 4: Submit your ticket

Checking The Status

The status of every ticket ever created or ongoing can be viewed under Tickets and below is the path:
