rtCampers are entitled to avail 5 days of paid Paternity Leave. This benefit is extended to all male employees at rtCamp working full-time (monthly engagements only) with rtCamp who have completed at least 1.5 years of continuous service with the organization.
- This benefit can be availed within 3 months of the child’s birth/adoption.
- This is a time off for when your partner is having a baby/adopting a child. If you require additional time off, you can make use of your leave balance.
- One month’s prior notice needs to be given by the rtCamper to the manager and HR Team about the tentative dates of leave to avail leaves.
- The rtCamper should raise a paternity leave request on ERP. The ticket should state the leave type as “Paternity Leave” and dates of leave will be approved by the HR Team.
