Annual Review

Introduction

  • All rtCampers receive an Annual Review that is usually coupled with a compensation review.
  • This review is initiated based on which quarterly cycle you fall under.

  • The appraisals will be with effect from the cycle start date, so all rtCampers will only have either one of the four appraisal dates mentioned above. This will make operations much easier and scalable as we grow.
  • Since this is a change in process, the with effect from date will be adjusted for your upcoming appraisal according to the cycle date mentioned above and will remain consistent thereafter. 
  • Salary revisions are based on the performance of the individual and are not extended to everyone by default.

💡 In case of administrative delays, the effective date of increment will continue to be the anniversary date and not the date on which the appraisal was finalized.

Workflow

  • The HR team will send out the manager evaluation form through ERP, along with a submission deadline.
  • The Reporting Managers can now track the KRAs (Key Result Area) directly through the ERP system.
  • Reporting Managers are requested to clearly evaluate each KRA and add the rating accordingly.

Adding Manager Feedback on ERP

  • Navigate to the rtCamper for whom you want to add feedback.
  • Go to KRAs section and provide an overall score for the rtCamper under Goals
  • Guideline to add a score for each KRA against total weightage:
    • 0 → 0%
    • 1 → 20%
    • 2 → 40%
    • 3 → 60%
    • 4 → 80%
    • 5 → 100%
  • Next, go to the Feedback section.
  • Add your response using the New Feedback field.
  • Once done, please submit the document.
