How It Works

Follow these steps to generate your referral link:

• Search for Job Opening List in the search bar.
• Locate the specific job for which you’d like to create a referral link.
• Click the Generate Referral Link button to copy the link to your clipboard.
• Share the link with your friends or network.

Eligibility Criteria

While referrals are highly encouraged, certain criteria must be met to ensure fairness and professionalism.

Eligible Referrals:

• You may refer candidates to your own team or other teams, as long as you are not their potential reporting manager.
• You may refer previous colleagues or close friends.

Ineligible Referrals:

Hiring managers or anyone involved in recruitment decisions cannot make referrals.

You cannot refer a candidate if you would be their direct manager or have direct influence over their evaluations and career progression.

Internal Job Postings (IJP) do not count as referrals.

Ex-rtCampers (former employees) cannot be referred since they have already worked at rtCamp before.

Referral Bonus Payment

• The referral bonus is paid only if the referred candidate completes probation (6 months) and gets confirmed.
• If the candidate leaves before confirmation, the referral bonus is not paid.
  The referrer must still be employed at rtCamp at the time of disbursement to receive the payout.

FAQs

1. Who can I refer?

You can refer anyone in your network—previous colleagues, friends, or acquaintances—except ex-rtCampers. Exercise good judgment and share the opportunity only with those who might genuinely be interested. Avoid sending impersonal spam.

2. When will I receive the referral bonus?

The bonus is disbursed after your referred candidate completes probation (6 months) and is confirmed at rtCamp.

3. How will I receive the referral bonus?

The bonus will either be added to your salary or invoice, depending on your engagement with rtCamp.

4. What if multiple people refer the same candidate?

The bonus follows a first-come, first-served basis. The first person to refer the candidate will be credited.

5. What if my friend forgets to use the referral link?

Unfortunately, referrals must be tracked using the referral link. Without it, we won’t be able to attribute the candidate to you.

6. Can I claim a referral bonus for someone who applied directly and later found out about the program?

No, referrals must be made through the referral link at the time of application.
