Setting Up Staffing Plan

This is applicable only for the hiring managers

Staffing Plan is a module in ERP which will be used to gather hiring needs within the system. Please note that all hiring requirements from managers will be accepted through the Staffing Plan module only.

Before each quarter starts, the HR team will send out a reminder on #x-hiring for all managers to add their requirements. 

Steps to add your requirement in staffing plan

Navigate to Staffing Details and click on Add Row

Select the job role you’d like to hire for under Designation and the no. of requirements for that role under Vacancies

After adding your requirements, hit Save

⚠️ Please ensure, that you only Save the document and not Submit it. 

The document will be submitted only by the HR Team after all the requirements have been collected and reviewed.

Reopening a Closed Job

In case you’d like to reopen a closed job, navigate to the Job Opening connection. 

The status of these jobs will be Closed

  • You can click on the job opening you’d like to reopen, update the job description and any other details as needed.
  • Once done, please add a comment for the HR team on staffing plan with the link to the job you’d like to reopen. 
  • The HR Team will reopen the job after reviewing and requesting for additional information, if needed.

Opening a New Job

In case the job role you’re looking for is not listed under Job Opening, you can navigate to Add Job Opening and create a new one. 

  • You can refer to this video guide to create a new job opening.  
  • Once done, please add a comment for the HR team on staffing plan with the link to the job you’d like to open. 
  • The HR Team will open the job after reviewing and requesting for additional information, if needed.
